Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to registrations for assessments, competitions, coaching programmes, publications, and related services administered by PEAR Academy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Programme cancelled by PEAR Academy ✔ Yes
Assessment cancelled by PEAR Academy ✔ Yes
Programme rescheduled and participant cannot attend revised date ✔ Yes
Downloaded digital products already accessed ❌ No

Supporting documentation may be requested.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 21 working days.

Refund Requests

Requests must:

  • Be submitted in writing
  • Include participant details
  • Include programme details
  • Include supporting documentation where applicable

Coaching Programmes:

Tuition fees are non-refundable once:

  • LMS access has been granted; or
  • The programme has commenced.

No refunds, credits, or fee reductions are available for missed classes. Where PEAR Academy cancels or significantly changes a programme, an alternative arrangement or refund may be offered
